CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

CANCELLATION POLICY
1. We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment.

2. Clients who arrive more than 30 minutes late will forfeit their appointment and need to reschedule. The visit will be marked as a "no show" and will have a fee of $25.

3. Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice will result in a fee of $25.
REFUND POLICY
1. **Customer Satisfaction**: We strive to ensure that every client is satisfied with our service. If you are not satisfied with the result, please let us know before leaving the salon or during the next 48 hours. We will gladly correct any deficiencies.

2. **Refund policy**: If you are unsatisfied with our service, we ask that you come back within 48 hours for the removal of the material. Only after the material has been completely removed will we issue a full refund. Please note that refunds will not be processed without the removal of the service within the 48-hour period.

3. **Grievance Procedure**: To file a complaint, you must contact the salon administrator within 48 hours after the service has been rendered. The client must provide a receipt and explain the reason for dissatisfaction.

4. **Exceptions**: Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

-If the client selects a color/design on their own and decides to change it after the manicure is completed, they can do so for the price listed in our price list on the website (see “Color/design change” in the price list).

- The service was performed according to the client's wishes, but the result does not meet the client's expectations.

- Damage or alterations occurred as a result of the client's actions after visiting the salon.

5. **Alternative Solutions**: Instead of a refund, the salon may offer to correct the result free of charge or provide another service for an equivalent amount.

6. **Gift Certificates and Prepayments**: Gift certificates and prepayments are non-refundable, but may be redeemed for other salon services.

7. **Right to Refuse Service**: If you choose a design that will take more time than agreed upon, we reserve the right to refuse the service, as it may cause delays for other clients. We also reserve the right to refuse service if a client is yelling or being disrespectful.
